Find the home
that's meant to be yours.

Hi there, I'm Saad Alghanim. I grew up in Iraq and later moved to America to be closer to family and friends. I've proudly called The Valley home for the past 16 years, and now I'm enjoying life here with my lovely wife Evan and our two beautiful children, Mayar and Yousef. I hold a degree in Computer Science, and in my spare time I enjoy fishing, hiking, spending time with family, and exploring new places.

Real estate allows me to explore new places every single day. I love helping people find their dream homes, and during the home search process I often come back to this quote: "What's yours will find you." I believe we all end up where we're meant to be, and that a friendly, dedicated, and honest professional can help get you there smoothly.

Having spent 16 years in The Valley, I've developed a deep appreciation for the community, its people, and everything that makes this area such a special place to call home. The support of my family is what drives me professionally and allows me to give that same support back to my community.

I would love the chance to talk with you if you're looking to buy or sell a home, so please feel free to contact me anytime!
